We have worked with Ububele, a Saturday school founded by St Teresa to provide over 20 girls with eye tests and providing glasses for the girls that needed them. We were able to make a huge impact on these girls and their ability to learn.

On Nelson Mandela Day we were also able to honour the legacy of Nelson Mandela by dedicating our time and efforts to helping those who can’t afford eye care. Every year our patients receive free consults and glasses that make a difference in their lives.

Our ongoing relationship with Operation Bright sight allows us to collect old glasses which is then distributed by the organisation to provide corrective glasses to underprivileged people throughout South Africa.
